Biatorbágy, Vendel Park
We are developing a new office/warehouse facility in Biatobágy's Vendel Industrial Park, close to Budapest. This is being constructed next to the junction of the M0 Budapest Ring motorway and the M1 motorway; this is a part of the main European road network. The real attraction of the new 2,000-5,900 sq m office/warehouse development is that we can build to suit, right at the junction of one of the main gateways to Budapest and southern Europe. A part of the one-block building has already been let out, but we can still offer a warehouse with a separate entrance gate and sheltered loading ramp. The warehouse is 12 meters high, and the necessary building permit has been granted.
