We have found the current location of our headquarter after a long search, but it definitely did worth it. Being a trading company we needed a well-equipped place - heatable during winter - where we could manage the delivery and administration of daily stock at one place. However, our expectations proved to be too high.
Beltex did not force us to choose one option from the already existing facilities. Instead, they considered and accepted our ideas and outlined several possible solutions. Finally, we have been provided with an area - fully adjusted to our needs - at Budafoki street. During the construction and reconstruction process of the building we had been consulted on a regular basis and our opinions had been taken into account to a great extent. As a result, we could move into a modern, infrastructurally well-equipped building. Of course, some minor infrastructural issues emerged after moving in – as it always happens in case of new buildings – but these were resolved quickly and effectively by our lessor.
Since we moved in, the industrial park has been characterized by continuous development, constant maintenance and an environmentally sound approach. It is a real pleasure for us to work at such a great place, and to cooperate with such a reliable and helpful lessor.
