Budaörs Industrial Park
We offer industrial properties for occupancy in the Budaörs green-zone Industrial Park. The total floor space of the office/warehouse complex is 3,930 m². The building is constructed in three blocks, 2 of which are warehouse premises with separate entrances and sheltered loading areas. The 2 warehouses are 12 and 5 metres high respectively.
The Office part of the building consists of a total of 1,200 sq m offices & showrooms. The ground floor area consists of a 300 sq m office and reception desk, with stairs leading up to a 300 sq m office space on the second floor. Behind these there is a mezzanine area, with a 2.5 m high warehouse space overlaid by a 600 sq m office premises, community spaces and showroom. In front of this office building there is parking space for 66 cars.
The Budaörs Industrial Park (BITEP) is known for its excellent communication facilities, being on both the main M1/M7 motorway and M0 main road aroung Budapest. The Kelenfold mainline railway station is also close by. BITEP's services fully comply with all relevant European standards.
